10-Day Inspection Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When your vehicle arrives, you have 10 calendar days to inspect it thoroughly. If it doesn't match the listing description or you discover an undisclosed defect, we will accept a return.
What qualifies for a return
- The vehicle has a defect or condition not disclosed in the listing.
- The vehicle does not match the listed specifications (model, year, mileage significantly different).
- Damage occurred during shipping (must be noted on delivery receipt at time of delivery).
What is not covered by the inspection return
- Change of mind after delivery (all sales are final once the inspection period expires).
- Minor cosmetic wear consistent with used condition and fairly represented in listing photos.
- Damage caused after delivery by the buyer.
How to initiate an inspection return
- Email [email protected] within 10 days of delivery with the subject line: Return Request — [Order / Vehicle].
- Describe the issue and attach photos showing the problem.
- We will respond within one business day with return authorization and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned vehicle, we issue a full refund of the purchase price within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping: If the return is due to our error or an undisclosed defect, we cover return shipping. If the return is for other qualifying reasons, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
6-Month Warranty
Every vehicle sold by Motor Bay USA is covered by a 6-month mechanical warranty from the date of delivery.
What the warranty covers
- Engine and drivetrain components that fail due to pre-existing defects.
- Transmission and transfer case failures not caused by misuse.
- Electrical system failures present at time of purchase.
What the warranty does not cover
- Normal wear items: tires, belts, brakes, filters, spark plugs, fluids.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, off-road racing, or modifications.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, upholstery).
- Damage caused by improper maintenance after delivery.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email [email protected] with subject: Warranty Claim — [Vehicle].
- Describe the issue, include photos or video if possible, and note the current mileage.
- We will authorize repair at an approved shop or arrange for the vehicle to return to our facility for assessment.
- Covered repairs are completed at no charge to you.
Refund timeline
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned vehicle.
- Card payments: 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Bitcoin payments: returned as USD equivalent at time of refund, or as Bitcoin at the current rate — your choice.
