Warranty Policy

MotorBay USA provides a 90-day replacement warranty for defective products from the date of receipt. This warranty covers only defects in workmanship or material. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from environmental conditions, accidents, or incorrect installation. Products damaged due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs, or modifications are also excluded from coverage.

Terms and Conditions

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must have a defect in workmanship or material. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by environmental conditions such as rain, snow, hail, salt, or natural disasters, or damage resulting from accidents or collisions. Additionally, products damaged due to incorrect installation, abuse, misuse, improper repairs, maintenance, alterations, or modifications are not covered by the warranty.
